AviaAM Leasing, a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed aircraft leasing company, announces that its joint venture with the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA) -- AviaAM Financial Leasing China -- has delivered a brand-new Airbus A320-214SL aircraft to the Russian flag carrier Aeroflot -- Russian Airlines.

Aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number MSN 8201 was delivered to the operator at Airbus facilities in Toulouse, France on 13 April. Under the operating lease agreement, Aeroflot will operate 150 economy and 8 business class seats configured aircraft with 2*CFM56-5B4/P engines for the next 12 years. 

"As the first cross-border aircraft leasing company established in Henan Province with extensive aircraft fleet portfolio, we made a valuable input in the development of aviation industry with the delivery of each aircraft," shared Tomas Sidlauskas, CEO of AviaAM Financial Leasing China.

AviaAM Financial Leasing China was established as a joint venture between AviaAM Leasing and the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA) on the basis of One Belt One Road initiative. The newly delivered Airbus A320 aircraft expanded company's fleet to 12 aircraft and will start conducting scheduled flights on Aeroflot routes immediately.
