U.S. Cargo Plane Crashes in Colombia, Killing 2

A U.S. cargo plane crashed into a house shortly after take-off in Colombia on Jul. 7, killing two people inside the house, local radio reported.
The Boeing 747 cargo plane crashed at 3:50 a.m. local time (08:50GMT) near the town of Madrid a few minutes after taking off from Bogota. The plane was on its way to Miami.
The eight crew members survived and were rushed to hospital together with a third person from the house who had sustained injuries.
The cause for the crash is as yet unknown.
