VariFlight and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport Launched On-line Services for Travelers ahead of China International Import Expo

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (Hongqiao Airport), an important Chinese aviation hub, today jointly launched a series of on-line traveler services with VariFlight, a leading aviation data service provider, at a pep rally and product release conference dedicated to enhancing services for the upcoming China International Import Expo (CIIE) this November.
Hongqiao Airport, the 7th busiest in China, is now offering a total of six services, including VIP lounge, accessibility, intra-terminal EV shuttle, EV shuttle to Hongqiao Railway Station, shuttle bus, and unaccompanied minor service, for travelers to directly reserve on the airport's page on VariFlight mobile app. This collaboration is aimed at meeting diversified demands from travelers and shortening their waiting time for services at the airport.
The newly released products are a latest attempt of Hongqiao Airport and VariFlight to embrace a digital and mobile future for the benefit of flyers. "We are delighted to have contributed to Hongqiao Airport's innovative endeavors to promote travel experience. Millions of VariFlight app users will also enjoy the efficiency of such innovation when they are travelling to Hongqiao, and hopefully, more airports in the future," said Zheng Hongfeng, Founder and CEO of VariFlight in a speech at the conference.
These services are expected to benefit over 40 million annual passengers hosted by Hongqiao Airport which anticipates surging number of flyers during the first ever CIIE on 5 - 10 November, 2018.
