Delta Operates Shanghai-Las Vegas Flights for 2019 Consumer Electronics Show

Delta Air Lines will operate a special schedule from Shanghai to Las Vegas for next year's Consumer Electronics Show to be held on Jan. 8-11, 2019. The special schedule was designed to specifically meet the high demand from Chinese customers to participate in the world's largest technology event in Las Vegas. Delta customers can now book travel to Las Vegas through delta.com, the Delta Reservations Center and travel agencies.
The service will operate on the following schedule (subject to government approval):

"CES is the largest global innovation event and we are making it easier for our technology customers in China to get together in Las Vegas, thanks to our special nonstop flights from Shanghai," said Wong Hong, Delta's President - Greater China and Singapore. "This is another example of how Delta is committed to the China market and to being the most Chinese-friendly U.S. airline in the world."
The route will be operated using a Boeing 777-200LR aircraft featuring 37 full flat-bed seats with direct aisle access in Delta One, 36 seats in Delta Comfort+ and 218 seats in the Main Cabin with a nine-abreast seating layout. Every seat has personal, on-demand, in-flight entertainment. The aircraft is also equipped with satellite-based Wi-Fi and power ports at every seat.
Delta has invested significantly in its products and services to and from China, with Chinese-speaking flight attendants on all flights that exit China; locally sourced Chinese meals created in partnership with new Chinese consulting chef, Jereme Leung; and more than 50 Chinese or Chinese-subtitled movies to choose from the airline's in-flight entertainment system.
