CAPSE: China's Top 5 Airports with Best Services in Q4 2018

CAPSE (Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation) has released its latest Airlines and Airports Service Evaluation Reports for the fourth quarter of 2018 on January 10.
A total of 579,504 questionnaires have been collected this quarter. In the Q4 report, CAPSE selected 41 airports to measure passenger satisfaction, covering 37 airports in mainland China and 4 regional and international ones.
Making comparisons in airports' average scores and rankings from Q3 2018, the latest evaluation report allows readers to get a clear and simple view of each airport's improvements and changes. It shows that the overall passenger satisfaction was 3.94, 0.04 score higher than that in the previous quarter and 0.04 score higher than that in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Among all the airports, Hong Kong International Airport, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, Incheon International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport were among the top 5 airports by passenger satisfaction.
Meanwhile, the top 5 airports with best services in mainland China were Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The average score for all 37 airports rankings in mainland China were 3.92 in the fourth quarter of 2018.
In the latest evaluation, the mainland airports are as follows: Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Beijing Capital International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Hangzhou International Airport, Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Haikou Meilan International Airport, Changsha Huanghua International Airport, Qingdao Liuting International Airport, Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Kunming Changshui International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, Harbin Taiping International Airport, Dalian International Airport, Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, Sanya Phoenix International Airport, Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, Urumqi International Airport, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, Fuzhou Changle International Airport, Nanning Wuxu International Airport, Guiyang Longdongbu International Airport, Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, Taiyuan Wusu International Airport, Changchun Longjia International Airport, Nanchang Changbei International Airport and Hohhot Baita International Airport, Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport, Ningbo Lishe International Airport, Wenzhou Longwan International Airport, Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Hefei Xinqiao International Airport
