In order to thoroughly implement the instructions of the 19th CPC National Congress and to better promote and realize high-quality civil aviation development, CAAC recently issued the Framework System for High-quality Civil Aviation Development in China (Trial). The document specified detailed indicators to measure the high-quality development of the civil aviation industry and required departments and entities in the industry to seriously follow those indicators, so that efforts aiming high-quality civil aviation development will be guided, assessed and regulated by the indicator system and high-quality development will be truly realized in the civil aviation industry.

It is learned that CAAC will further improve the policy, standards and statistical systems based on the Framework System, and carry out performance evaluation and work achievement assessment so as to make those indicators drive high-quality development of civil aviation and to promote the implementation of the tasks specified in the Platform for Action on Building Strong Civil Aviation Country in the New Era.
