CAPSE: Q1 2019 Airports Service Evaluation Report

On April 19, 2019, CAPSE (Civil Aviation Passenger Service Evaluation) released its latest Airlines and Airports Service Evaluation Reports for Q1 2019.
With a total of 608,479 questionnaires collected, the Q1 airport report provides an overview of passenger satisfaction on 57 airports, including 37 airports within and 20 airports outside mainland China.
The 37 airports in mainland China win an average score of 3.88, among which Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Shenzhen Baoan International Airport Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport come on top of the rankings.
Among the 20 regional and international airports, the top 5 airports with best services are Singapore Changi International Airport, Tokyo International Airport, Kansai International Airport, Narita International Airport and Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.
