It is learned from Aircraft Strength Research Institute of China, the organisation responsible for conducting some ARJ21-700 aircraft tests, that the regional plane has passed the static test ahead of schedule.
Under the original plan, the ground resonance tests must be completed on October 20, while the plane's entire ground static test will be completed before October 20.
After that, the relevant departments will carry out coasting flight tests, which will observe parameters and indicators of the aircraft as well as the degree of stability of the parts in the course of aircraft taxiing on the ground, brake and turn.
When all coasting flight tests are completed, ARJ21-700 will officially enter "countdown" of its maiden flight.
