On Nov. 7, four people were dead after a light plane crashed shortly after taking off from an airport west of Sydney in the evening.
Police in Sydney said the four people on board a Piper Cherokee which was taking off from the Bathurst Airport around 8.30 p.m. local time, died after the plane crashed onto a rural property about five kilometres from the airport.
The Australian Associated Press (AAP) quoted a police spokesman as saying that all four bodies had been recovered from the wreckage.
The spokesman said debris were scattered for quite a distance, indicating the plane crashed at speed.
"No one survived and all four bodies have been found," he said.
