The 2015 China Regional Aviation Forum grandly opened in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province in Southwest China on Tuesday.
The forum was held by Embraer and attracted nearly 200 attendees from governments, airlines, media, regional aviation associations, as well as experts and professionals in the industry.
According to the market outlook 2015-2034 for China by Embraer, 1,020 new jet aircraft in the 70 to 130-seat segment will be delivered in China by 2034.
Embraer Commercial Aviation has achieved an 80% share of the regional aviation market in China. As of June 30, Embraer had logged 167 firm orders for commercial jets from customers in China, of which 130 have been delivered.
