Ordos Airport said the number of passengers it transported this year increased 45.3 percent year-on-year to around 903,089 as of October 12, while the mail and cargo traffic jumped 62.2 percent to 3,446 tons compared with the same period of the previous year. The airport handled a total of 9,060 flights, up 43.2% over last year.
