On June 18, GE Aviation announced the successful demonstration of several Linzhi (China) Required Navigation Performance (RNP) procedures by a Boeing 737 airplane using the GE Aviation Flight Management Computer (FMC). This successful flight demonstration proved once again that the GE Aviation FMC is capable of safely guiding the aircraft through the most demanding of the world's navigation procedures.
